After that, a collection of vocabulary regarding risk management is discussed, which can be found in the ISO GUIDE 73. Moreover, you will learn the basic principles and essentials of risk management.
Risk Management Framework & Processes
In this module, you will learn the Framework (Clause – 5) of Risk Management together with the sub-clauses under it. Under the heading Framework, you will learn about the Leadership & Commitment roles. Moreover, Integration, Design, and Implementation of the Framework are described too. After that, you will learn the Processes (Clause – 6) of Risk Management. You will understand the aims of Communication & Consultation, the processes of Risk Assessment and Risk Treatment, all under Clause – 6.
