This Junior Certificate prep course teaches you Higher Level Numbers and Shapes. Students will be introduced to the concept of complex numbers and shown how to add, subtract, multiply and divide them. The course will demonstrate the use of numbers to measure the perimeter and area of various shapes. In addition, it will teach you how to measure the volume of solids, such as cylinders, cones, spheres and hemispheres.

In this module you will learn how to work with and solve number systems including indices, arithmetic series and geometric series; use arithmetic to work with percentages, simple interest, compound interest and depreciation; and how to calculate the length, area or volume of a shape or segment.
