This course is presented by Dr Ela Manga, integrative medical doctor, with a special interest in energy management, burnout and conscious breathing. The course has been presented in-person to corporates may times and is now available online as a self-study course. It consists of a ten-part series of videos which will help you understand your unique stress response, prevent burnout and build the five capacities of energy through your own breath.

The course has been designed to help you understand the inner workings of your mind and body. To tap into your inner resources. To unlock a life of meaning, compassion, impact and creativity. Our society and education have been geared and designed to support our understanding of the external environment and how the world works around us. But we are never taught about the inner workings of this incredible body-mind system within every human. And so, this course aims to provide you the fundamental knowledge of this body-mind system. Each lesson discusses researched theory about the human stress response and provides practical guided exercises in the form of simple breathing techniques to help you cope with burnout in the work environment.
