The Pleasure Lab: Free your Body with Touch

A guided exploration discovering the different types of touch, different dynamics of touch whilst incorporating the power of presence & breath to heighten your sensitivity & unleash your body’s potential.

What you will learn?

  • Learn & explore different types of touch to increase your touch vocabulary

  • Understand the dynamics of touch to increase your awareness in how you relate both with yourself & others

  • Enhance sensitivity & pleasure in your body

  • Experience more pleasure in your daily life

  • Discover new creative ideas to share with others

  • Learn essential tools to increase your connection with yourself & others

Requirements:

  • Everyone is welcome – from beginners to experts

  • A commitment to doing the exercises, not just watching

  • A quiet space to be present; to watch & practice

  • Yoga mat / blankets / cushions / comfy chair / bed – whatever you need to be comfortable

  • You are invited to treat yourself to a delicious light meal, a sensual shower/bath or wearing your favourite outfit in preparation for the Pleasure Lab

  • You are welcome to share this Pleasure Lab with another but I would recommend completing the journey alone 1st

  • Although not essential, you may want to complete the 1st Pleasure Lab prior to starting this journey so as to increase your sensitivity to your senses

  • Avoid drug/alcohol consumption before or during the Pleasure Lab so you can be fully present during the Pleasure Lab
