By buyers I mean procurement or commercial officers responsible for procuring outsourced services needed to support a transformation or change project. Programme and project teams may also find this course useful because often times projects are not resourced with change managers. The PMO manages the overall business strategy, project managers focuses on the project itself i.e. initiating, planning, executing and often there is a gap with no one actually managing the change process. Projects will end failure if this not adequately managed. Often, procurement, PMO and project managers scramble to fill the gap.
