Welcome to the Tri-fold Christmas Cards Class!
I absolutely LOVE cards that have unique and different folds and bonus points if they are more 3 dimensional when displayed! I also love when those same cards are able to lie flat so they are easy to mail to family and friends.
We will be creating 3 different tri-fold cards in this class, each with a different card base fold. We will create ink blended skies and use die cuts to create winter scenes for each card.
This class comes with a Supply List PDF that has pictures of each card and the supplies used for that card. The supplies on the list are linked to where you can find those supplies to make them easy to source if you don’t happen to have a local store. You can find the supply list link with the Introduction video.
In this class we will cover:
1 -How to cut and score your cardstock to create the 3 different bases.
2 -Die cutting the images for your cards and simple ways to enhance them to take them to the next level
3 -How to add elements to your card with heat embossing.
4 -Tips for blending inks to create the backgrounds for your cards.
5 -Learn to use your dies in a different way to create scenes
The cards created in this class all have a Winter or Christmas theme but the card bases can easily be used with different dies and ink colours to create cards for many other occasions!
