It was the year 2008 and I was on the hunt for a way to make money when Network Marketing stormed into my world and I have never looked back.  I was awful, never hitting sales targets or making much money for many years.  I recruited (I really avoid this term as it implies someone got ‘got’ and no one likes to be ‘got’) and then lost most of my team the next month.   My brain needed a wash to shake out all the old thoughts and apply a new approach and only then did my efforts start to be of real value.

After finding the typical NM or MLM approach boring and outdated I came up with a few of my own fresher approaches to helping my team learn and grow.   I did not like writing a list of 100 names, or learning quick comebacks to the “Its a pyramid scheme” objection and I found that no one else did either.    Everything is a matter of perspective so changing perspective on these and many other topics around business growth I was able to see real measurable growth in both my Networking and traditional business.

What I share with you today is what I teach.   Adopt and duplicate and let me know how you progress as feedback is my learning mode.
