The rights that were included continue to form the basis for International Human Rights Law.There are resources that you can use to effectively respond to situations and support your team members and your customers who identify as LGBTQ+ confidently with care and respect. Lastly, you can see the example of the Transgender and Gender Non-Conforming Customers Policy that might help you to either develop a new policy for your organization or update your old policy.It comes down to this – every person in the World regardless of whom they love or how they identify or express their gender, has the right to live free without fear of discrimination, violence, or exclusion, and to be fully included and embraced in all segments of World society.
