I have created this training course as someone who has been through the process before and I will guide you through each section of a digital communications strategy – from auditing content, to your digital purpose, to governance. By completing each module and the exercises within it, you will finish with a draft strategy that you can present to your teams and senior leadership. And most importantly – put into practice!

There are eight modules in this course and there will be at least one exercise for you to complete. Many of these exercises will take you some time to finish outside of the course as they will require information from your analytics, speaking with your colleagues or getting your team’s input. So I would recommend using each video module as a starting point before going away to do the exercises for that particular section. Once you have completed the exercises, come back and do the next module.
