The course offers a straightforward process that students can quickly master.  A case story is presented as a learning assignment for reflection and input.  

Lesson 2 of the course explains and reinforces the value of conducting and learning from an After Action Review.

In Lesson 3, you’ll learn to use the AAR process, as well as grow to appreciate its usefulness.   

In Lesson 4, you’ll learn how to easily document your AAR findings and capture your recommendations for future actions.
