In this course, you will learn about Ganache and Buttercream cake decorating techniques. A Ganache is a mixture of cream & chocolate and can also be used for frosting your cake. There are many variations of Chocolate Ganache. You’ll learn four variations, namely, Dark Chocolate Ganache, Milk Chocolate Ganache, White Chocolate Ganache & Coloured Ganache. Additionally, you will learn how to use Chocolate Ganache to decorate a final cake.
The second half of the course includes making Buttercream, a type of butter frosting used in cake making. You’ll learn two variations in this course, an American Buttercream and Chocolate Buttercream. Please note the structure of the course as follows:

She started her baking journey at the age of 20 and there is no looking back after that. Her simple methods over the complicated ones to achieve sharp edges on cakes makes her an exclusive artist.
